Two apps for ChatGPT and Claude. One screens a small business before you buy it.
The other works out whether selling is the right move before you sell it.

On chatgpt.com in a browser: Settings → Security and login → turn on Developer mode.
Then Settings → Apps → + to create an app. No sign-in, no account, no API key. Add
them as two separate apps:
In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, same two URLs.
Opening those URLs in a
browser returns 405 Use POST for MCP. That is correct — they speak the Model Context
Protocol, not HTTP pages. Paste them into the connector dialog, not the address bar.
If you are buying
screen_dealPaste a listing, CIM, broker packet or P&L. Scores it
out of 100 with an explicit confidence level, grades every add-back line by line, rebuilds the
earnings a buyer actually underwrites, shows what the asking price implies as a multiple at each
level, tests whether the debt services — and names exactly what information is missing and what to
ask for it.
seller_questionsA sequenced plan for the call, in three stages:
screen to disqualify, account to understand, test to find what breaks it. The sharp questions are
held to the end on purpose.
dd_checklistA tiered diligence request list that adapts to the
business. Each item says why it matters and what a bad answer sounds like.
If you are selling
exit_fitBefore any valuation. Ranks eight real routes — including
hiring your way out of the job, and not selling yet — against what you say you want, and names
where those wants pull against each other. It will not tell you what to do.
value_rangeA range, derived rather than asserted, with every
assumption shown and changeable.
sale_readinessWhere a buyer will push back, what it costs you, and
what is still worth fixing first.
buyer_fitWhich kinds of buyer fit the business — strategic, private
equity, searcher, family office, management, competitor — what each pays for and what each will
ask of you. Kinds of buyer, never named firms.
owner_dependencyWhat only you hold — relationships, know-how, licences,
signing authority — and the order to hand it over. You set the dates.
anonymous_profileThe one-page profile a buyer reads, built by fixed rules:
figures banded, names and your city removed and listed, and what each line will make a buyer ask.
You keep it.
adviser_checkBefore you sign with a broker or adviser: how the fees work,
the red flags in the terms, and what to ask. Never recommends an adviser.
buyer_call_prepWhat a buyer will ask at each stage, what each question is
testing, and how to raise a weak spot honestly — before they find it.
How it handles numbers
It never states a number it cannot derive from what you gave it or source to something real.
If you have not said what it costs to replace the owner's work, that line stays blank and says
so. It does not guess a wage.
It does not quote market multiples. No sourced comparables are loaded, so none are
cited. The valuation range comes from what the cash flow can finance at a lender's required debt
cover — arithmetic, with the assumptions on screen.
Anyone who quotes you a multiple without seeing your books is guessing, and a flattering guess
is the most expensive advice in the market.
